• The light switch for the Hallway is located in the Entrance Lobby. • The central heating thermostat is located in the Main Hall to the right of the doors. • Brooms, Vacuum Cleaner & Mop are located in the Cleaning Materials cupboard. • The building is protected by smoke & heat sensors located in all areas along with fire call points at the Main Entrance, West Lobby & Main Hall doors to the Garden. System status and fire monitoring & alarms are managed by a control panel in the Entrance Lobby. Any detection of smoke or heat will result in audible alarms and the kitchen shutters closing automatically, please keep the area under the shutters clear at all times. • MVH has a remotely monitored security system which must be disarmed when you enter the building using the tag on the key ring. The alarm will reactivate automatically at the end of your agreed hire period. All system events are reported to the monitoring centre and logged.
